The idea

AI is built on maths. Turning it into connection is craft.

AI is built on mathematics, algorithms and large language models. Turning it into something that genuinely deepens human connection is another matter entirely, and it sits closer to an art form than an engineering problem.

Scaling AI in customer experience takes the discipline an artist brings to a canvas: intention, empathy, restraint and the courage to see things differently. The organisations winning in CX are treating it as a craft, not a cost line.

Held across two of the country's landmark cultural institutions, this is a closed-door gathering for senior leaders moving beyond pilots and into genuine, human-centred AI at scale. You will hear real scenarios rather than theory, and leave with a different perspective.

The conversation

A peer-to-peer afternoon of candid conversation, real scenarios and demonstrations of what is possible today. Some of the ground we will cover, though not all of it:

01From pilot to production. What separates the organisations scaling AI in customer experience from those still stuck in proof of concept.
02Human-centred by design. Applying intention, empathy and restraint so automation deepens connection rather than replacing it.
03The service stack in practice. Where tools such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Connect are reshaping experience across every channel.
04Sector realities. What AI in CX actually looks like across government, healthcare, financial services and gaming.
05Leading rather than following. The honest conversation about what is holding organisations back, and what it takes to move first.

Great art does not just decorate. It shifts perspective, which is exactly the outcome we are designing for. Between sessions you will have exclusive access to the exhibitions, a chance to step back, let ideas settle and return to the conversation with fresh eyes.
